- We could not use latest setuptools/wheel/pip because we use distlib in toolshed code
- Update all ChimeraX-Core dependencies from 0.7 to 0.8 once we move from distlib to pkg_resources
- Need to move to PyQt5 5.11 to get Vulkan support
- May also minimize CSS warnings in log
