  • Add text like "Typical jobs run from several minutes to hours to even days."
  • Ask Nadya for typical Vina job run times, or some way of estimating run time for a particular job.
  • Are the excessive jobs bad input? Can we detect that somehow?

  • Tristan offered to create ChimeraX-Phenix interface
  • Ben Webb released on Github code for exporting IHM-format files; reading may come later
  • Jan Kosinski wants to build Xlink Analyzer for ChimeraX
  • 3D printer in MakerSpace is working. VoxelPrint not available yet. Print in different colors by merging multiple single-color STL files. Much faster than Uprint.
  • Added texture coordinates for 3d modeling in other packages
