• Chimera 1.11.2 Release
  • Route Gesture Event crashes may be resolved. TomG make a fix in TOGL. Now need to wait and see if frequency of crash reports diminishes.
  • Elaine has fixed some broken links in docs, and Eric continues to patch lambda expression problems. Otherwise 1.11.2 is almost ready to go.
• ChimeraX near-term priorities:
  • Session saving and restoring
  • Fix nagging remaining issues with cartoon
  • Scenes need to be factored into session design
  • Decide which commands are in final form. What are the criteria? Which are in final form, which are still undergoing change, which are largely speculative? Also, there may be lingering problems with spaces in atom specs and the spec and code needs to be ironed out.
  • Need to look at open bug reports and decide which will get resolved before the release.
• Topics for future discussion:
  • When do we add the ability to save mmCIF or PDB files?
  • Are we really going to have h-bonds in the January release?
  • What functionality will be in the core and what will be in bundles for the Alpha Release -
