• Chimera 1.11 Release
  • Candidate release is up
  • Release notes are mostly updated
    • Add "Will be the final 32-bit release of Chimera"
  • Branched already
• Windows ChimeraX builds
  • Al got single license for Windows 10 and will install after getting USB media
  • Python 3.5 built with Visual Studio 2015
  • Build ChimeraX on plato VM (windows 10)
• Fraser volume blending
  • Registered volumes are blended in ChimeraX (but not Chimera)
  • Scooter will pass information on and see what is really needed
  • Will eventually need to handle displaying multiple transparent surfaces correctly
• PyQt Legal Issues
  • Getting a 3-pack developer license makes it possible to distribute ChimeraX with existing Chimera license
  • Keep going as now until we get PyQt license
    • Transition slowly or quickly?

    • Remove shared library that reference /var/tmp from app (Greg)
