     18   * PDB asks for large files in mmCIF file using Phenix or CCP4.  mmCIF from Phenix is first generated and then post-processed into acceptable submission form.  Get Oliver to run the Phenix standalone program?  (TomG)  Also ask about CCP4 and RefMac mmCIF output.
     19   * Post-processed mmCIF output from Phenix (courtesy Oliver) opens in ChimeraX.  Uses separate data sections for residue templates.  ChimeraX currently scans but does not use the residue templates in the file.  The added sequence table made ChimeraX work properly.  Oliver had to supply a sequence file for the Phenix post-processor.
