• Surface commands
  • We agree to use Elaine's "enclose" syntax but with TomG's rules for exclusion of ligands. We also adopted TomG's "include" keyword.
• Ribbons
  • See ​Elaine's page.
  • Cartoons will be an integrated set of representations for ribbons, "pipes and planks", tube, worms, etc.
  • No longer use carbonyl oxygen for ribbon orientation.
  • We need command keyword sets for cartoon and style.
