  • change ChimeraX protocol name in HTML windows to "cxcmd" - DONE
• Save command
  • proposal: split save into subcommand: "save image", "save session", "save stl", etc.
  • current state: "save filename" and use suffix to determine output format
    • use "format" keyword to set format (and automatically add suffix if missing?)
  • compromise: use both subcommands and retain main command
    • saving structures requires "source" keyword to select what to save
    • "source" command is ignored for sessions and images
  • also: make "open" match syntax
• Change file suffixes:
  • cxses -> cxs
  • cxcmd -> cxc
  • keep the long version as protocol names
