  • The status of the commands described in Needed Command Functionality was throughly reviewed, including discussion of improved syntax for some commands (e.g., alias).
• TomG added the ChimeraX download page
• Greg changed cli to never down-case user input (to make "display O" work as expected)
• Greg made "usage" log output include hyperlink to command documentation
• Conrad's priorities are: ribbon performance, zone and toolshed
• Scooter will be mocking up ChimeraX toolshed using Cytoscape App Store code
