| 44 | | Sounds like you installed the generic Linux ChimeraX tarball. If so, you |
| 45 | | are responsible for installing any dependencies. |

| 47 | | So it was probably not libgl1-mesa-dev that fixed things, but one of its |
| 48 | | dependencies. The dev packages are not be needed. If you haven't |
| 49 | | installed libglu1-mesa, you should do so. |
