    58  Are you having network problems?  "More Tools..." uses an internal web
    59  browser to access https://cxtoolshed.rbvi.ucsf.edu/.  If your Internet
    60  connection is working, it will show the web page.  If it's down, it will
    61  say that there is no Internet connection.  If the connection is flaky,
    62  then maybe you'd see the behavior you're seeing.

    64  If your network is fine, then maybe it is your antivirus software that is
    65  causing the freeze.  In your web browser, try visiting the web site above.
    66  Once it works, try "More Tools..." again.
