    9 I think CircleCI is the way to go for now, but if Semaphore introduces Windows support or if minGW is easy to do we should use that instead.
     9I think CircleCI is the way to go for now from the standpoint of their flexibility, but they're also kind of stingy with their free tier and if Semaphore introduces Windows support or if minGW is easy to do we should use that instead.
