So somehow the dialog is trying to access row -1 ("Requested invalid tree cell: -1 0") in the file tree (we use a non-native dialog for saving files so that we can show parameters). I cannot reproduce this on Mac. When I am next in the lab I will see if I can manage to get it to happen on a Linux box.
