    initial v3
1 To avoid stuttering oculus rendering need to avoid rendering on the main display.  The main window is not rendered because the main view has switched to the oculus.  But the side view continues to be rendered causing stuttering.  Add a way to turn of rendering of all other views while oculus is being used.
