    1 Okay added a 'slider' option, which defaults to true, to opening MD coordinate files.  In not entirely sure about the name of the option.  For one thing, it could be called 'showSlider'.  Another consideration is that in the future we may have a fancier MD interface than a simple slider, so perhaps it should be called 'showTool'.  Opinions?
