    6 Make install in mmcif fails saying it can't satisfy connect_structure dependency, and make install in connect_structure fails saying it can satisfy mmcif dependency.  We need a way to do these installs, maybe "make DEPENDENCY_ERRORS=0 install" that just warns about unsatisfied dependencies and installs anyways.
