Bundle builder installs old version

Description
Just noticed that bundle_builder is getting a bit confused, and ultimately installing the wrong build on "make app-install". The scenario: when doing my first few builds of ISOLDE for ChimeraX 1.11, I hadn't yet bumped the version string, so it was making and installing:

chimerax_isolde-1.10.1-cp311-cp311-win_amd64.whl

At some point I bumped the ISOLDE version to 1.11. While it does build into a wheel file with the correct name (my isolde/dist directory has a 1.10.1 wheel last modified on 5 Feb, and a 1.11 last modified a few minutes ago), the tail end of the build log looks like:

adding 'chimerax_isolde-1.11.dist-info/WHEEL'
adding 'chimerax_isolde-1.11.dist-info/top_level.txt'
adding 'chimerax_isolde-1.11.dist-info/RECORD'
removing build\bdist.win-amd64\wheel

If I delete the obsolete old .whl file and re-run, then it finds and
installs the correct one.

Instead of being clever, can I just make the 'devel' command nuke the build directory every time it runs so there's only one artifact to pick when it finishes
