AtomicShapeDrawing selection sometimes inaccurate — at Version 1

If an AtomicShapeDrawing is added for selected atoms, the shape does not start out showing a selection outline.
Also, if selected with control click the drawing shows the selection, but then "hide sel" followed by "show sel" shows the selection on the atom and not the depiction (assuming transparency in the depiction allows you to see the atom).
