    1 Including trimming, remembering sequence alignment and showing ribbon, but not aligning raises the time to 298 seconds (6x longer).
     1Including trimming, remembering sequence alignment and showing ribbon, but not aligning raises the time to 298 seconds (6x longer).  Commenting out the trimming reduces time back to 49 seconds.
