    31      Thanks for looking at mmCIF output.  It is a much easier to work on a
    32      feature that someone uses.

    34      Both of those problems are bugs: the HETATM problem and the
    35      atom_site.label_asym_id assignment not starting with A.  As an aside, note
    36      that the atom_site.label_asym_id's are regenerated when the mmCIF file is
    37      written and are not guaranteed to correspond to what was in the original
    38      file.  While the author fields, atom.site.auth*, are preserved.  I'll look
    39      into what it would take to preserve the label fields too.

    41      And since I have your ear, please consider giving unique label_seq_id's to
    42      waters.  If they were unique, then each line the atom_site table would be
    43      uniquely keyed by its label fields (a database table best practice).
