| 6 | 7 | Just noticed what looks like a bug in the Tool Shed while responding to #10051. When a given version of a bundle with platform-specific builds is listed as a dependency for other bundles, all the dependencies are getting assigned to the first-uploaded wheel only. For an example, scroll down through the release history for https://cxtoolshed.rbvi.ucsf.edu/apps/chimeraxclipper. When trying to delete Clipper 0.15 from the history I was able to delete the Mac and Windows builds but not the Linux one because it has the dependencies assigned. I thought initially that might be because StrudelScore is Linux-only (but it's not - it's pure Python) - but if you scroll up to version 0.16.1 you'll see the MacOS build is the one I uploaded first that time, and *it's* the one with all the dependencies listed. |
