Hi Hua,
FIrst, does your machine have a Radeon graphics card? The latest Radeon drivers are buggy and don't work with Chimera so if you have a Radeon card you will have to roll back to an earlier version of the driver.
If you don't have a Radeon card, the fact that the debug info indicates that you were "initializing graphics" strongly suggests it is a problem with whatever graphics card you do have, so I would need more information about your card and driver version. If you don't know that information you can get it by running the "dxdiag" program. Type "dxdiag" into the Windows search bar to find it. When you run it you might be asked if you want to check if the drivers are WHQL certified, but that is not important for Chimera. Then click on the "Save All Information" button, which will create a text file with all of the information. We are only interested in the System and Display tabs. Then send that file to me.
