[Chimera-users] color maps based on real space cross correlation

Hi Chimera-users, 

I have aligned two cryoEM maps at certain threshold using 'Fit in Map'
option in chimera. 

Now I would like to color one map based on real space voxel correlation
values from 'Fit in Map' operation. 

Please let me know how this can be done in chimera.
