<p>I have aligned two cryoEM maps at certain threshold using 'Fit in Map' option in chimera.</p>

<p>Now I would like to color one map based on real space voxel correlation values from 'Fit in Map' operation.</p>

<p>Please let me know how this can be done in chimera.</p>
