Hi Jimin,
These kind of problems (i.e. bugs) should be sent to chimera-bugs <mailto:chimera-bugs at cgl.ucsf.edu> address, which I see you did as well. chimera-users is for “how-to” kinds of questions. Someone should respond to your chimera-bugs report soon.
