[Chimera-users] How Chimera reads a dcd file

Hi Hira,
As it says on the MD Movie interface, PSF/DCD came from MDTools. On that interface, "MDTools" is a button which if you had clicked it would have taken you here:
http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/~jim/mdtools/
where you could download MDTools.
Now, some changes and updates were made to make MDTools work in the context of Chimera and with newer types of DCD files. Chimera's version of MDTools is in <your Chimera installation>/share/Trajectory/DCD/MDToolsMarch97. In particular, the md_DCD.py file in that directory has several changes.
