[Chimera-users] transparency for surface in intersurf

Hi JD,
You can use the menu: Actions... Surface... transparency...[%value]

or the "surftransparency" command, where the intersurf surface can be specified by model number (#N) or by selecting it with Ctrl-click and using the word "sel":

Also, in Chimera version 1.7 (fairly recent daily build), there is a "transparency" command that can be used on not just surfaces but other items (atoms, ribbons, etc.):
