[Chimera-users] save manipulated electron density maps in spider

Hi Jan-Christian,

  Chimera saves maps in MRC format which is almost identical to CCP4.  
Programs expecting CCP4 will usually read MRC maps fine as if they were 
CCP4.

  As Elaine mentioned, current versions of Chimera can write BRIX format 
maps.
