Hi all
actually my problem is that i have a channel and a ccp4 map of this
channel. now i want to see residue lining the channel (around 3.2 A of
channel or map) and not anything else. how ever this methods is selecting
everything outside channel. how can i restrict this selection to only 3.2 A
of map or channel.
