<div> actually my problem is that i have a channel and a ccp4 map of this channel. now i want to see residue lining the channel (around 3.2 A of channel or map) and not anything else. how ever this methods is selecting everything outside channel. how can i restrict this selection to only
3.2 A of map or channel.</div>
