Hello Manish,
Thanks for your interest.  I can only address the user interface-related
parts of your mail (will leave the rest for the programming experts):

- by "python back log" I'm guessing you mean the Reply Log (which will
give a traceback of some errors); this can be opened with Settings...Reply
Log in the menu.  There is also a python shell in which you can type in
python statements, called IDLE (open with Extensions... Programming... IDLE).

- I should mention that the ViewDock and Movie extensions do not actually
perform docking or dynamics, respectively, but instead are viewers for
the output of DOCK 4 (Kuntz group, UCSF) and AMBER molecular dynamics
calculations.  They should work for you, but you would need to have created
the data with these other programs.
