Hi Zhen,
Are you using Chimera or ChimeraX?  Remember they are two different programs with many differences from each other.  Chimera only has a "viewdock" command (no "view" series, but I'm not sure what you mean by that anyway).

Also if you are having a problem like your window freezing, instead of sending a message to me or the list, it is better to report it by using menu: Help... Report a Bug (both Chimera and ChimeraX have this) and filling out the dialog.
