[Chimera-users] Chimera wont start

The driver bug might not be fixed for all Radeon cards, so you might
need to revert to an even earlier version.  The Radeon Software 21.4.1
driver fixed the problem on a Lenovo IdeaPad 330S that has a Ryzen 5
2500U APU with Radeon Vega graphics.  The Lenovo OEM driver from 6 March
2019 (25.20.14016.1) also worked. So sometime in between it broke.
