[Chimera-users] mtz file of an mrc map and its model open correctly in coot but not in chimera

Dear Shabih, I haven't used mrc2mtz.sh, but have had no problems with
Coot/chimera compatibility using phenix.map_to_structure_factors for the
same purpose, (

perhaps you might try that?
