[Chimera-users] box size limit

Hi Linda,
When data is larger than some specified size, it automatically shows just a slice.  This prevents slow response opening huge stuff, but you can change the setting however you like.

You can just change the size limit, or specify that you always want to see the whole data.  Volume Viewer menu: "Features… Data display options”  will show the relevant options in the dialog.  Then you can adjust or turn on/off “Show data when opened…. “ and “Show plane when data larger…” as desired.

To save the settings for later uses, Volume Viewer menu: Features… Save default dialog settings.
