[Chimera-users] Problem Using Transparency Command in Chimera

Hi Josh,
Most likely you just need to get a newer version of Chimera.  The transparency command was added in version 1.7, Jan 2013.  It would also be available in later versions (1.8 etc.).

If you use the Help menu in Chimera the documentation should match your downloaded software, but documentation on the Web might be for a different version of Chimera than what you downloaded.
