Hi George,
A picture alone isn't that useful. Would need the actual file to be sure, but you might try using command "~bond" to remove all bonds, and then showing as "ball" (actually ball & stick but without bonds there will just be balls). Or if those are not the right size either: when showing either balls or spheres, you can adjust size to any value using the "vdwdefine" command.
