[Chimera-users] Morphing Code Request!

Hi Eric,
Now there is a "morph" command to create the morph trajectory and a  
"coordset" command to play the trajectory. The "morph" command is  
available in version 1.3 (Dec 2008) and newer, and the "coordset"  
command is available in recent daily builds:

The online tutorial you are viewing is from last summer.  There is a  
newer online tutorial on movie-making that uses the commands mentioned  
above (scroll down to the very end and click link to "1m51.cmd" to see  
the contents of that command file):
