   • Greg will try to fit all four items on the same line and report back
2. Command line use of sequences - YZ/Scooter
   • Modeller tool command line must be able to name sequences specifically
   • If the main purpose if for Cytoscape-Chimera link, is it better to run Modeller on Cytoscape side?
3. Rework RMSD dialog? - Eric
   • Currently, in Cocoa, do not resize or press buttons
   • Use PIL image instead of Tk canvas?
   • Eric will investigate
   • TomG mentioned possibility of threaded execution for computing RMSD image
4. Atom specifier for surface pieces - TomG
   • Hijack residues, perhaps use :: instead
   • Conrad will review OSL code and report on how to hook into parser
5. Stopgap movie session restore - Eric
   • Restore only MD Movie interface from session
