Action Items

  • Scooter: add new search to display only "active" tickets

Items

  1. Discuss and prioritize urgent issues
    • GASPSdb image preparation raised the priorities of some issues:
    • Image quality
      • Done - Greg will change save image user interface not to increment subdivision quality automatically but allow user to specify quality level if desired (changes should take about a day)
    • Done - Conrad will look into making Windows build work
    • TomG will look into making 32-bit Mac PPC build run
      • Fixed by using debug build of 8.6 Tcl/Tk
    • Greg will look into making Linux 32-bit builds (both X11 and OSMESA) work once VMWare is restored
      • Scooter restored VMWare machine
      • Need gcc 4.0 for AmberTools
      • Consider using Debian 4 (Etch) which has libc from 2005
    • Greg will fix text size problem when saving images (lower priority than above)
      • Problem disappeared
    • Lighting UI changes will take Greg 3-4 days (lower priority than above)
      • Greg's priority for this week
    • YZ has built initial interface to Modeller with Eric's help
      • Can load sequence from MAV, let user choose target and template sequences
      • Next step is to use template structure to build target structure
  2. Make atoms "displayed" by ribbon also inherit their color (#8258)
    • Makes (pseudo)bonds including ribbon atoms be colored more naturally
    • Use "shownColor" computed attribute for bond color, analogous to "shown" attribute of atoms
    • Will need to rethink "hidden"/"shown" attributes since we now have ribbons and slabs both using those attributes
  3. 3rd party bug reporting
    • Add "errorsTo" field to extension interface
    • Not enough traffic to justify much coding effort
  4. Spain workshop
  5. Meeting adjourned
  6. Enhancement request tracking
    • What's the best way to make everyone's TODO lists available and/or shared?
