Action Items

• TomF will contact Matt for liaison on trajectory requirements
• Greg and Conrad will process 1.4 milestone issues
• Greg will build 1.4.1 aqua Chimera for testing
• TomG will propose a mechanism that avoids the module-unloading problem
• Conrad will create Trac tickets for updating foreign packages

1. Action Items
   • Greg or Conrad - Look into putting build numbers on auto-generated download web page.
     • Dates will now reflect last commit date, so date and build number will synchronize
   • TomG and Conrad will supply Chimera builds on 10.5 for testing on 10.4
     • TomG looked into this and decided that 10.5 build -> 10.4 execution does not work and will need too much effort to fix as compared to waiting for 1.4.1
   • Conrad will construct a table of foreign packages and what features in Chimera use them
     • Results are on the wiki
2. Release 1.4.1 status
   • Target date is still January 15; start candidates January 6
   • Framebuffer object code will *not* be back-ported to 1.4.1
   • Trac issue owners should review 1.4.1 milestone problems
3. Test lab
   • Windows XP, Vista and 7 spread over four machines
   • 32- and 64-bit Ubuntu Linux
   • Low-end ATI no longer supported under new versions of Ubuntu
   • 32-bit Linux on low-end graphics; 64-bit on mid-range
   • One Linux and one Windows per test machine
   • Track Vista presence via web logs
4. Unloading modules
   • TomG will propose a mechanism that avoids the problem
5. Release 1.5 and future
   • Update foreign packages where appropriate
   • 64-bit questions regarding Mac and Windows need to be answered
   • TkCocoa?
6. Enhancement request tracking
   • What's the best way to make everyone's TODO lists available and/or shared?
