Action Items

• Greg or Conrad - Look into putting build numbers on auto-generated download web page.
• TomG and Conrad will supply Chimera builds on 10.5 for testing on 10.4
• TomF will contact Matt for liaison on trajectory requirements
• Conrad will construct a table of foreign packages and what features in Chimera use them

Items

1. Release 1.4 and 1.4.1 status
   • Production release 1.4 is being built and will be released today
   • 1.4.1 will fix aqua nested event loop bug and some blast issues
   • Aim for mid-January release for 1.4.1
   • TomG and Conrad will supply Chimera builds on 10.5 for testing on 10.4
   • Update Mac build machines to 10.5, which can target 10.4 for compilation
   • Release 1.5 will support only 10.5 (both Intel and PPC) and 10.6
2. Ellipsoid display
   • Keren wants to display ellipsoids
     • Augmenting "shape" command is sufficient, at least initially
     • Find out more about how the ellipsoids might be used
   • Matt Jacobson wants to visualize trajectories of molecular components
     • Need a lot more information on what is required
   • Should start thinking about graphical object implementation that is more closely tied to other model data
3. Review of foreign packages
   • Conrad will construct a table of foreign packages and what features in Chimera use them
   • Review table once completed
