= Discussion =

* KVFinder pocket finder distribution
  - !PyPi KVFinder package is GPL licensed.
  - Runs fast, seconds.
  - 3 options to distribute: 1) put in ChimeraX distribution getting license exception, 2) web services, 3) bundle on Toolshed.
  - Eric favors bundle on Toolshed.
  - A fourth option is to pip install KVFinder when the user tries to use it, not including it in ChimeraX.

* Tristan's Trac account expired
  - Greg will get it working again

* ChimeraX release candidates
  - Wynton downtime is week of October 14
  - Propose October 21 release candidate
  - Qt 6.8 out October 3.
  - There are 21 active tickets milestoned for 1.9.
  - Mac Sequoia out today (macOS 15).

* Plato update to Rocky 9
  - Greg suggests Wynton downtime could be chance to update to Rocky 9.

* ScholAR documentation
  - Tyler says ScholAR tool looks ready, needs documentation.
  - Piet will give info to Elaine to document.
  - It will be available on Toolshed.
