= Agenda =

* ChimeraX 1.6 release progress.
* Chimera/ChimeraX notarization scripts need updating, Apple deprecated altool command Fall 2023 [https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/trac/ChimeraX/ticket/7234 #7234]
* Arrow graphic for Mac dmg file
* ChimeraX Ideas milestone clean-up.
* Install Splunk on plato to monitor web services.
* Make Chimera release this year?
  - Opal will be shutdown on plato around mid-May, so release before that.
* Back up the Chimera build machine to a solid state drive, Windows 7?
* Toolshed bundle requirement checking
* Discuss possible OpenMM and VR improvements for Tristan and Altos to pursue

= Discussion =

* Deleting ChimeraX file history thumbnails
  - Eric suggests an Edit mode from context menu can show checkbuttons next to each thumbnail and clicking those can run a ChimeraX command to delete that entry.

* Chimera Trac database locked
  - Greg sees Watson has load average of 30, possibly related.
  - Watson has 37 Modeller jobs running.
  - Greg saw other problems on Watson and will reboot it tonight.

* Release candidates
  - ChimeraX 1.6 release candidates not yet made because Github changed their ssh private key. Then daily build lock file blocked builds.  Zach has restarted builds.
  - Eric is fixing distance to centroids bug.
  - Zach is fixing new nfti file reader voxel size problem.
  - Tom will try to suppress setDarkBorderToWindow warning on Windows.
  - Tom will investigate Mac panels blank after deiconifying.
  - Greg is working on making a linux flatpak distribution.

* Qscore tool from Tristan
  - Measures fit of each atom to density, method developed by Greg Pintilie, and used by EMDB.
  - Tom offered to put Tristan's new QScore tool into ChimeraX 1.6.
  - Needs user interface fixes and documentation.
  - Tristan has provided wheels on all 3 platforms.

* Pandas
  - Zach removed unused and large pandas dependency from tcia_utils to keep size of ChimeraX distribution down.

* Mac dmg file arrow to drag to Applications
  - Zach or Tom can look at adding arrow and Applications folder to ChimeraX dmg so users know not to run it directly from dmg.

  - Present github continuous integration tutorial.  Zach
  - Beta releases on Toolshed - make ticket for this. Greg
