* New CPUs for plato cluster
  - Plato downtime next Thursday August 1, 3 - 6 pm to upgrade CPUs and firmware.
  - New CPUs are to support more than 1 TB of memory.

* NIAID contract
  - UCSF was not sending monthly invoices to GuideHouse, but now they are.

* Foldseek ChimeraX tool

  - Demonstration of in-development ChimeraX tool for Foldseek searches and visualization of results.
  - Don't use red and green on sequence plot to show conservation, not color-blind friendly.
  - Scooter saw keynote address by Martin Steinneger last week at ISMB conference including Foldseek, mmseqs2, alphafold, and newer work.
  - Scooter will get link so we can watch the Steinneger talk, possibly next Monday.
  - Most of the Foldseek visualizations would be useful for BLAST Protein tool results.
  - Discussion of how to make Foldseek table buttons consistent with BLAST Protein table.
