* Backups
  - Tom Ferrin suggests swapping unreliable backup tape drive robotics with Matt Jacobson's drive.

* Wynton downtime
  - ChimeraX web site, web services, bug tracking will be down, Monday and Tuesday.
  - Elaine will make ChimeraX news item, Eric will post to ChimeraX mailing list, Tom will tweet.
  - In the future hope to get 4-port JBOD (just a bunch of disks) to keep 4-node plato cluster running during Wynton maintenance.

* NIAID contract
  - Scooter reports contract signed by UCSF and NIAID / GuideHouse

* Intern Pete has started
  - Studying biomolecular engineering and bioinformatics and UC Santa Cruz.
  - Will work in lab until last week in September.
  - Will work on integrating Schol-AR 3D figure sharing in ChimeraX.
  - Scooter plans to visit USC in August and will talk to Schol-AR developer, also may meet Selina who will start grad school there. We could do ChimeraX workshop at USC with Helen Berman.

* Greg work in progress, Mailman 3
  - Updated from Mailman 2 to Mailman 3 for mailing lists.
  - Now uses Python 3 instead of Python 2.
  - Required installing Python 3.11 on Rocky 8.
  - Discussed whether we should port all services from current Python 3.8 to 3.11 in preparation for future move to Rocky 9 where 3.11 is the default.
