= Discussion Notes =

* KVFinder pocket finding
  - Simple PyPi package for finding pockets
  - Returns PDB with fake H atoms filling pockets each pocket with a different residue name (and same residue number).
  - License is GPL which prevents us from including in ChimeraX distribution.
  - Eric may ask KVFinder developers for a more permissive license so we can include it in ChimeraX.
