* R01 annual report
  - Will need to submit R01 annual report, probably by April 1 (3 months before July 1 start date).

* EMBL workshop in Heidelberg
  - Analysis and Integration of Transcriptome and Proteome Data.
  - Lennart Martens - interesting machined learning to recognize peptides from mass-spec using peak intensities.
  - Third day was mostly Cytoscape

* Copenhagen visit to Lars Jensen
  - Adapting STRING API for custom species (custom sets of sequences submitted by user).
  - ChimeraX workshop, 40 participants, request for post-translational modification tool.

* NIAID visit
  - Scooter has sent 6 month two part statement of work to Darrell who approved it and sent to Nada.
  - New statement of work is in same Google drive folder as previous one.
