 - GuideHouse, NIAID and UCSF side are all pushing to make sure the new contract is funded on time without delays seen in past years.
 - Scooter will discuss NIAID budget allocations with Tom Ferrin today.

 - Tom Ferrin discussed with Scooter progress on the new UCSF IT "identity management" initiative.
