* Summer intern
  - Summer intern Selina will start next Thursday
  - Will look into DICOM segmentation methods using machine learning

* ChimeraX manuscript for Protein Science
  - Next Thursday we will talk at group meeting about the ChimeraX article we want to write

* Plato operating system upgrade
  - Plato will be upgraded to Rocky 8 (9?) during power outage next week Tues 11 pm - Wed 6 am.
  - Will not have Python 2
  - Eric will check python 2 tape backup scripts to see if they can use python 3.

* Standalone VR demo
  - Tom G showed Quest 2 standalone VR paxlovid example.  [https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/data/vr-plans-may2023/vr_plans.html Slides].
  - UCSF guess wifi network did not allow Mac laptop to send a gltf file to Quest headset.
  - Quest Pro headset won't charge, charging light never comes on on base station, or directly plugged into USBC charger.
