* ChimeraX 1.6 release date
  - R01 annual report is due May 1, hard deadline.
  - Want ChimeraX 1.6 released before annual report.
  - Probably should make release candidates in mid to late March to meet this date.

* ChimeraX 1.6 roadmap
  - Some R01 work is not on the roadmap because it is deemed of low interest to general users (bug fixes).
  - Tom Ferrin says Chimera needs to be retired soon.

* Chimera features that need porting to ChimeraX
  - Next developer meeting will clean up "Ideas" milestone to see what remains to be ported from Chimera.

* NIAID next statement of work level of effort
  - Went through proposed statement of work and estimate effort (FTE) for each item.
  - Marked items in proposed SOW that we recommend cutting to reduce to 2 FTE total.
